At Apoentt Education, we take pride in the quality of our digital courses. Once a course is purchased and access is granted to the digital content, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy.
Why No Refunds?
Since our courses are digital products and can be accessed immediately upon purchase, they cannot be “returned” like physical goods. Therefore, all sales are final. We encourage our students to watch any available demo videos and read the course curriculum thoroughly before making a purchase.
Exceptional Cases:
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical glitch.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course content due to a server-side error from our end that we cannot fix within 7 business days.
